14 Sonata is situated down a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly sort after Solander Boulevard area, just minutes from beautiful Four Mile Beach.
As you arrive at this lovely home, there is a timber door that opens into the entry courtyard, through beautiful wrought iron gates and through to the Bali-inspired timber front door. Upon opening, the sense of light and indeed space captures the imagination.
The large lounge and dining area pulls you through to the fully equipped kitchen. Doors open out to the large and extremely private pool and deck area. With outdoor couches, sun lounges and dining area, there is certainly plenty of space to relax with your favourite book or maybe a cocktail!
On the ground level there are two Queen sized bedrooms both with ensuites and one twin room. All open out onto a private courtyard with beautifully manicured gardens. Upstairs there is another bedroom that overlooks the pool area that can be either made up as a King or Twin. It also has a settee which could be made up for a child.
14 Sonata is the perfect base from which to visit the myriad of attractions in and around Port Douglas or to just catch up on some well earned rest!
