The lounge room has floor to ceiling concertina glass doors which fold back allowing this living area to flow directly to the outdoor dining area and generous private balcony.
The perfect spot to fire up the BBQ or lounge with a sunset drink overlooking a spectacular panorama of Coral Sea, beach and rainforested mountain backdrop.
On the next level the kitchen adjoins the ocean facing dining room with one wall opening onto another private sun-filled patio.
From here you step straight onto lush lawns where you can relax under palms enjoying fresh ocean breezes and views of tropical islands and passing yachts. Also on this level is a generous bathroom and separate laundry facilities.
Three bedrooms are located on the third level. Both the master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom overlook the ocean and open onto a private patio and lawns.
The Hill's peaceful charm is enhanced by a path which leads straight onto the warm sands of Four Mile Beach, while a short stroll takes you straight to the Port Douglas village centre, shopping, restaurants and marina.
