Bookings And Reservations
Please note that terms and conditions apply:
- Payment:
We require a minimum deposit of 25% to confirm your booking, with the balance to be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival. - Cancellation:
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, a cancellation notice must be received in writing 90 days prior to the reserved date. Cancellations made within the 90 days period will result in forfeiture of monies paid should we be unable to re-let the property for the reserved time. Booking fee will apply. - Check-In: 2pm
Check-out: 10am (unless previously arranged otherwise) - NO FUNCTIONS OR PARTIES ALLOWED AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM ULYSSES GETAWAYS
