MAIN RESIDENCE - This very unique A frame building offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and living area, opening up out onto an expansive deck with outdoor dining, sunlounges and ocean views.

GUEST CABANA - The guests cabana has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned and self contained with its own private lounge and kitchenette. It also offers ocean views and has its own private deck with outdoor dining table.

With a large saltwater swimming pool and private tennis court Cottonwood Estate is a perfect property for guests looking to relax and enjoy their very own slice of paradise!

Notes

A minimum 5 night stay applies year round. There is a 7 night minimum stay requirement in peak holiday periods.
Guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival which will include a bottle of wine & flowers as well as basic household items.
There will be a complimentary mid stay service provided for bookings of 8 nights or more.
Daily services can be arranged at an additional cost.
